A light-weight, watery toner subtly fragranced with Orange Blossom hydrosol that hydrates any skin type. Directions:  I prefer dropping a few drops in the palm of the hand, rub hands together and press into skin.  This way the maximum moisture will reach the outer layers of skin for that plumped up and dewy look.  Remember to seal it in with a moisturiser.
